OUR PROCESS
Our international nursing staff undergo a comprehensive qualification programme – starting with the systematic selection of suitable personalities, through language and professional preparation, to the
recognition of the foreign qualification in Germany. A typical timeline of the key milestones for our nursing staff is as follows:
- MONTHS 01 – 03
The nurses have signed a recruitment contract. They start the language course at our language schools in their home country. - MONTHS 03 – 09
The nurses successfully complete language levels A1, A2 and B1. They are informed about possible jobs and places of residence in Germany. - MONTHS 10 – 12
The nurses conduct online interviews with potential employers. If matching is successful, job offers and employment contracts are issued.. - MONTHS 10 – 14
The nurses receive further language training. They are prepared for working in the German care sector and for life in Germany. - MONTHS 15 – 16
The nurses have arrived in Germany. They have taken up employment with their new employer as recognised nursing staff. - MONTHS 17 – 23
In parallel to their work, the nurses prepare for a knowledge test (“Kenntnisprüfung”) and the B2 language test. - from MONTH 24
The nurses have successfully passed their B2 language test and the Kenntnisprüfung. They will work as “Pflegefachfrau/-mann” for their employer.
